A MONTIS tem neste momento 409 sócios e gere cerca de 300 ha, correspondentes a 34 propriedades no centro de Portugal e mais uma na zona de Lisboa. O mês começou com o início do corte do eucaliptal de Covões, na Pampilhosa da Serra. O objetivo é converter este eucaliptal numa mata com maior diversidade biológica. Brevemente daremos contas desta operação que resulta do crowdfunding que fizemos em 2020. Estejam atentos! No último sábado deste mês, o passeio mensal da MONTIS foi até à aldeia mágica de Drave, onde foi possível aprender algumas técnicas de fotografia com o fotógrafo Duarte Belo. Saiba mais aqui.

Balanço dos projetos e candidaturas A MONTIS esteve presente no Workshop de Berlim que decorreu no âmbito do LIFE ENPLC, a 6 e 7 de junho.  No âmbito deste LIFE vamos organizar este ano algumas atividades: - Campo de Trabalho Internacional, também em conjunto com o IPDJ, em Agosto, na Pampilhosa da Serra; - Workshop sobre conservação em terrenos privados, em Setembro. Mais detalhes sobre estas atividades brevemente.   Também em conjunto com o IPDJ estamos a receber voluntários(as) no projeto “A Floresta é Tua”, a decorrer de 3 a 17 julho. Ainda temos vagas. Acompanhe-nos  English summary MONTIS currently has 409 partners and manages around 300 hectares, corresponding to 34 properties in central Portugal and one more in the Lisbon area. The month began with the start of cutting the eucalyptus forest in Covões, in Pampilhosa da Serra. The objective is to convert this eucalyptus forest into a forest with greater biological diversity. Soon we will report on this operation that results from the crowdfunding we did in 2020. Stay tuned! On the last Saturday of this month, the monthly MONTIS tour went to the magical village of Drave, where it was possible to learn some photography techniques with the photographer Duarte Belo. Learn more here. Balance of MONTIS projects and financing MONTIS was present at the Berlin Workshop that took place within the scope of LIFE ENPLC, on the 6th and 7th of June. Within the scope of this LIFE we are going to organize some activities this year: - International Work Camp, also in conjunction with the IPDJ, in August, in Pampilhosa da Serra - Workshop on conservation on private land, in September. More details on these activities are coming soon. Also together with the IPDJ we are receiving volunteers in the project “A Floresta é Tua”, taking place from the 3rd to the 17th of July.
